2023 Seven Springs Chardonnay - Seven Springs was originally planted in 1983 on an east facing slope in the Eola-Amity Hills. Over the years it has produced some of Oregon’s most iconic wines in the deft hands of a great lineage of stewards.  It is farmed biodynamically without irrigation.  We are grateful to work with one half acre of Chardonnay on the south ridge. Three barrels in total produced each year from seven rows at the most hallowed chardonnay vineyard in Oregon.

The 2022 Seven Springs Chardonnay, our latest missive to the dialogue surrounding this magical vineyard arrives just at the cusp of fruited richness that defines our own boundaries. That depth is buttressed by a flinty, bracing acidity, and a crystalline salinity reminiscent of our favorite alpine cheese.
