Again from seven rows, in 2019 we harvested the most beautiful Seven Springs Chardonnay that had ever crossed our threshold. We drew all we could from the just golden berries in the belief that what lay in those skins would provide the textural framework for a Chardonnay of astounding depth and resonance. We find struck match, spice and roasted nuts, lemon oil, dried flowers and flint, a core of fruit slowly unwinding.
